Online submission of Annual Property Returns

In Circular No.S.S2/10/Fin dated 20/12/2010, it has been instructed that all the employees who are required to submit their Annual Property Returns to the Finance (Secret) Department under Rule 37 of  Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1960 should submit the same online through SPARK system on or before 15/01/2011. The guidelines for the online submission are also issued along with the circular.
